The rate per person includes the rental of bed linen (not including the remaking of the bed) the towels (the first supply), the cleaning of the room and breakfast. Entry into the Taxus Hostel involves full acceptance and compliance with the regulations.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations of individuals and small groups of up to 4 people are subject to the following penalties:
5% of the amount for cancellations received before the 31st day from the date of arrival;
15% for cancellations received after the 28th day and up to 48 hours in advance
100% for cancellations received within 48 hours from the beginning of the stay or for non-arrival.

• For cancellations by groups of more than 4 participants the following penalties apply:
10% if they arrive before the 31st day from the date of arrival;
50% between the 30th and 8th day from the date of arrival;
75% between the 7th day and the one before the beginning of the stay;
100% within 24 hours or for non-arrival
